Odds the safety gets a stiff fine for throwing a wr out of his way to make a tackle?
Said in jest. However, I'd like to see a list of injuries, the type if field they occurred on, and percentage of games played by said player on artificial v natural surfaces. Sure injuries such as Gronks have nothing to do with surface, but at the same time the artificial surface provides more traction which places more stress on joints, and allows already incredibly fast and large athletes to move/cut/accelerate at their peak.
