Re: So which end-of-benchers got in?

Slater and Underwood got in late, perhaps due to being substitutes for Hernandez in certain packages.

Wendell was playing LG late, hopefully more to preserve Mankins than because of any serious reinjury.

Niko K. was in on a tackle midway through the game, which proves he got at least one defensive snap. :)

Fletcher played late.

Who am I missing?

Wendell got snaps at LG in the 2nd quarter and played most of the 2nd half. Marcus Cannon also got some snaps at RT on the goal line situation.

Keep an eye on McCourty at FS. I think we might see that stick permanently, and not just in subpackages. Moore stepping up at CB is huge.

it looked like he played corner in the base and moved to safety in nickel/dime

did Hernandez get banged up bad I couldnt tell?

I see that Tebow threw for 136 yards, so I went to look that up in the bible, and this is what I found for John 1:36:

I looked up Andy 1:36 and it said "Behold the GOAT and go home"

Some joker just asked BB why he didnt have Brady try and break the Td record

Hey so ... is the Saint pick set for next year's draft?

Per Reiss twitter:

Bill Belichick credits players. "They put up with me. They deserve this."

LOL cmon BB! why so hard on yourself...YOU'RE THE MAN!!!

Loved the defense.....hopes it continues against a more conventional offense.

The tackling was ferocious,

BB: "We gave up a touchdown." :bricks:

Guy who side-line interviewed Brady and GRONK asked GRONK about it and referred to it as hitting his head and GRONK gave the Belichkian "he's fine can't wait to practice with him again this week."

The fact that it isn't a leg and maybe he got dinged a bit makes me feel better. I got a minor concussion last Saturday and I would have suited up tonight if they needed me.

They were swarming. Spikes was a beast. Mayo, Ninko, Wilfork and the whole secondary were great.
