Obama's birth certificate again.
I'm filing suit because I personally don't believe that John McCain is 35 years old.
Now that we're past the election I think I want Obama to make it to inauguration day as I'd prefer him to Biden.

What does it take for Obama to get in WH?
1-A federal court.
2-A supreme court.

Even if your nutjob conspiracies were true, which they obviously aren't, that isn't true. He didn't get elected for for those reasons, but, according to your stupidity, he was prevented from being thrown out of the race.
I agree though I didn't feel that way a few months ago.
I'm so done with this topic. Unless/until something is conceit on this subject, IE: a court of law rules one way or another, I don't think this is a subject that needs to be brought up again.
Also, until the electoral college votes, I don't think it's automatic that Biden gets the job. After the vote, it will default to Biden.
I'd prefer Reverend Wright to Windbag Biden, Obama knew what he was doing when he chose The Windbag for VP, Biden is the "perfect lap dog" even moreso than "Boob Gore".
Has he shown, or not shown his actual Birth Certificate? I'm asking seriously. I've stayed out of this diarea stuff, but I am curious.
BTW, wouldn't Karma be a total b!tch if Obama had to relinquish his presidency on account of a technicality? Afterall, when running for state senator in Illinois, he had all of his competition disqualified because of some techinicalities with their paperwork. That would be funny in a crazy sort of way. Of course, then we'd be left with 7-Eleven running the show. :ugh:
I'm of the opinion that he is a legit USA born citizen. I just think there is something on his BC that he does not want public.
What's the story with his state senate race, I've never heard about that before?
A newborn with at least one parent being a US citizen, is automatically a US citizen, no matter where he may be born. Since, Obama's mother was a US citizen, she could have married anyone from any country and given birth to him anywhere in the world, and that would not change a thing. He is a US citizen.
A newborn, born in the US, no matter what his parents citizenship, is also automatically a US citizen. Now, that is a controversial issue.
so, why would he not make it? You are implying he will "not be around"...which is what you secretly want if you are honest with yourself
He had everyone on the ballot disqualified for not having their paperwork in order. It's a different kind of politics you know.

I must add that the CNN piece was part of a two program show that was titled "McCain/Obama Revealed". Anyhow, I watched them both, and the two were so different. One was a thanks for your service JM, oh, and for 45 minutes we're going to point out what a loser you are over your divorce, while the other was a flush piece with like 3 minutes worth of negatives about Obama. Mind you they were both 90 minutes long. I wasn't surprised by that, to say the least.
Actually, I believe that the bolded is untrue.
Even the RNC press office, oops I mean Fox News, says this claim is nuts, and Obama is a citizen.
That's good stuff considering Obama wouldn't take a question from Fox News today. You guys make Fox and the Republicans out to be partisan but you need to look in the mirror.
Actually, Obama didn't take questions from a lot of media outlets, including the New York Times and CBS. It remains to be seen what kind of relationship he'll forge with Fox. At any rate, given the tone of people like Hannity and Limbaugh, I'm sure Obama has no illusions about working in a bipartisan way with the far right. They will not hold out an olive branch, and Obama knows that.
A small part of me hopes both Obama and Biden are somehow disqualified.
Just imagine the hilarity that would ensue right here if on January 20 we heard the words:
"I Nancy Pelosi..."
