Why would Obama support Kanye - because they are both black?

Obama plays it very tight ... he's very much pro responsibility to our children and families.

He called West exactly what he was ... a jackazz.

West is/was a supporter of his and has performed for him at the DNC and Youth Inaugural Ball. Both have used each other for publicity and support for their causes for over a year.

    To be honest yes........

After the Harvard incident, why wouldn't I think he would side with the black
    man.

Obama would sell his soul to the devil ... well, he already has done that as the devil is Pelosi/Reid.

Seriously - I don't see Obama having the character of Bill Clinton.
Bill was loyal to the core ... Obama does not appear to be loyal to anyone except himself.

Kanye is a notorious jackass. He's had other incidents. Should come as no surprise that Obama agrees.

    I can't call him a "Jacka$s" if I do I'll be called a Racist.

My only sensible response would have to be "no comment"

Why in the world would you "honestly" think that?

Healthcare. Rising unemployment. Uncertain economic future.

But the media reports and the public eats up a story about what President Obama said in some conversation about some rapper's actions on an irrelevant awards show.

    We are finished.

Two quick examples the way he threw his spritual mentor Rev Wright under the bus when Wright's vile racism was exposed, and the way he pretended to not know who Van Jones was.

BTW Clinton threw plenty of people under the bus.

Did he throw Wright under the bus?

How much do we know about his association with Van Jones? FWIW, I think the case against Jones was overstated.

Well first he said he sat in the pews and never any of Wright's racist sermons, then he left the church and denounced Wright's racism. HE sat in the pews for 20 years listening to Wright's racist rants and donated money to the guy (his only charitable contribution some years BTW) 20k plus the year before his presidental run.
