Can you trust any of them?

I just think she was more ready to do the job ... experience and age wise.

So now you're pissed at the guy who beat her? Just say you're voting for McCain and move on.

While Snopes says the legitimacy of the email is inconclusive, consider all the emails being spread by dishonest righties so far. Why do you believe this one? Besides, there is video and other reports of Obama greeting soldiers in the countries he's visited.

    http://www.snopes.com/politics/obama/afghanistan.asp

Remember, F.B.N., the right wing has a real problem with liars in their ranks. I'm not saying this email is untrue, but maybe it's time to start posting the rumors about McCain being a bigamist.

You might also want to try drawing your own conclusions by browsing this:

Re: Don't you know enough to first visit snopes.com?

Not even worth commenting on the content of the "alleged" email.

Sometimes I really question why we post negative stuff on the candidate we don't like....as if we get some pleasure from doing it. I can say that because to date, I have yet to post a story on a candidate just to spread negative news.

Am I cool for doing that? YUP!

Seriously, I think we should reflect on our motives from time to time. This is really not too productive unless we are discussing known facts.

Yesterday, I was at a great German restaurant in Columbus Ohio. The food was fabulous and the service very friendly.

As we were coming out, a large group of media was entering and, lo and behold, right in front of me was John McCain. I put out my hand to shake it, but he ignored me and punched some little kid on a bicycle. I then clearly heard him say "I hate Americans".

Maybe, I'll e-mail my post to Drudge. Ain't the internet great!

It's a legitimate fact that Obama did not visit the wounded troops. He was told he could not visit them as a campaign event ... meaning he could visit them with only 1 or 2 staff people and no press. When told he could not bring his entourage he changed his mind. This will come out over the next few days ... bet on it.

I'm not sure what that has to do with your post about him not visiting the troops in Afghanistan, but nonetheless, the Obama campaign has stated they did not want to use wounded troops as a backdrop for a campaign event. That's hard to disagree with.

In fact, even someone on that right wing site from which you get your info said this about that:

    http://www.blackfive.net/main/

"I'm pretty sure my Obama-opposing credentials are solid, but I have to cover him for one supposed misstep.

"Barry is being bashed for skipping a stop at Landstuhl to visit wounded troops. His reason was that his campaign was paying for the Germany trip and it would be inappropriate to use wounded warriors for a campaign stop. Guess what? He was right. He wasted tax-payer money to pose in A-stan etc, but he can't claim we are warring in Germany so his campaign had to pick up the tab."

Can't trust any of them. The quality of candidates the political machines is outputting is poor.

Where are you finding this info? Specifically, where does it say that Obama was told he could not visit them as a campaign event ... meaning he could visit them with only 1 or 2 staff people and no press. When told he could not bring his entourage he changed his mind.

But, even assuming you're not making the quote up, any visit to wounded soldiers during a campaign event would be perceived by the MSM as a campaign event.

    Snopes Declares It False

This must have just been posted, since it wasn't earlier in the day. At any rate, F.B.N., why do you trust the right. How many lies do you have to be fed before you realize that they will lie, cheat, and steal to discredit Obama.

There's more to it than I'm posting here, but here's the key paragraph:

    http://www.snopes.com/politics/obama/afghanistan.asp

"I am writing this to ask that you delete my email and not forward it. After checking my sources, information that was put out in my email was wrong. This email was meant only for my family. Please respect my wishes and delete the email and if there are any blogs you have my email portrayed on I would ask if you would take it down too. Thanks for your understanding."

    Dear Abby,

I'm a 14 year old girl, but I'm very mature for my age. I only stay out partying until 2 am in the morning, and I only drink a few beers. So I don't understand why my father gets upset with me. I mean, gag me with a spoon already!
