I don't know what to say about it anymore ... if not Obama then it's Biden. If it's not Biden then it's Pelosi ... I'll take Barack for now.

yeah...NOBODY refused to go to Iraq......

American and British soldiers are increasingly taking drastic action to avoid deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. As recently reported in the press, the Pentagon has "revised" the number of military desertions in 2006 upward to 3,196 active-duty soldiers -- 853 more than the Pentagon previously announced. And in a article released today, the British Independent newspaper reports that the UK Ministry of Defense "estimates there have been 10,000 AWOL incidents since the invasion of Iraq in 2003 and 1,100 servicemen are currently 'on the run' from the Army."

Does anyone find it interesting that this soldier only enlisted in MAY? You'd think that if he was so strongly convinced that Obama was an illegitimate president and therefore incapable of giving him orders, he wouldn't have voluntarily enlisted 5 months after Obama was inaugurated.

...and of them, he's the least terrible for the country.

Even in the worst of times there's always someone behind him making him look slightly better than the rest of the pack.

Here is the bad news. He is DISMISSED today AFTER his deployment order was REVOKED without a reason according to WND.

He received DISHONERLY DISCHARGED. Nobody can challenge Obama. !!!!!

Here is why he was discharged, am not a military man, he disobeyed his orders... it is not all that complicated, if every military person contested something we would have some pansy waisted military.. if you join the military you do what you are told.. find another avenue for political posturing...

WND loves this stuff.. along with all teh nirth certifikit truffers... send money to Joe Farah..

In any case, I think this guy is just a coward. For some reason, he saw a benefit to enlisting. But once he got his orders to deploy, be backed out, using the phony Obama birth certificate issue as a red herring.

    So who's defending this guy?

you guys all know this dude was a conracted volunteer engineer....right?

thats why he was given his walking papers, he isn't allowed on US army soil with his 'lawsuit'

The Department of Defense has compelled a private employer to fire a U.S. Army Reserve major from his civilian job after he had his military deployment orders revoked for arguing he should not be required to serve under a president who has not proven his eligibility for office.

According to the CEO of Simtech Inc., a private company contracted by the Defense Security Services, an agency of the Department of Defense, the federal government has compelled the termination of Maj. Stefan Frederick Cook.

anyone still wanna defend this guy, or bash Obama?

The lawsuit claims Both of Obamas parents were american???

    what?????

This guy got his orders revoked ... not going to Afghanistan ... then he lost his job ... he is now screwed to the wall. Will anyone else try this move? I doubt it.
