Or telling us about WMD's in the lead axis of evil nation.. therefore we should invade a country, destroy it, allow over 4500 of our young men and women to die and then have to rebuild it all on our dime.

If you have to compare Barry to Nixon to try to make him look good.....well that says it all now doesn't it.

your reading comprehension really needs a tune-up.

If anything, its a showing of DEGREES of Presidential 'nut swinging'...if you will.

Obama says he wants to talk about heathcare reform without a time limit....You call out his hubris?

Nixon authorizes a break in to the DNC offices to tap phones, and says that He can because he is the President, and that alone makes it NOT LEGAL.

also we forget the Magical "DECIDER" that we used to have running the show in the oval office. I dont recall you ever calling out his "arrogance" or when he stated "Things would be a heck of a lot easier if this were a Dictatorship, as long as I was the Dictator"

nah.....you must have one of those Oh-so-FUN...SELECTIVE memories!

Actually bammy said he wanted to be done by 4 pm, and he stated repeatedly that he wants everything done in the next 6 weeks or else, even though America by a 2-1 margin wants these bill scrapped and the congress to start with a clean sheet of paper.

love how you back up your stats with facts....cough-cough....

I'd also like to point out that anywhere from 60% to 86% of americans are in favor of a Public Option.

I'd love you see you also champion the Public Option, because of its public populatrity.

Oh...and here are some polls to BACK UP MY STATEMENT:

Poll: 86 percent say insurance, public or private, should be available to all - The Denver Post

Most in U.S. want public health option: poll | Reuters

(psst...that last one is the WSJ, so you KNOW its got to be true)

Yes I am. When he openly admits that his time to speak is more important then others, yes. And when he admits that he has the right to talk as long as he wants, and if he takes up to much time then others needs to sacrifice their time and right to speak, yes. Its called a democracy and a debate. Everyone should get equal time or close to it to voice their opinion. Look at it this way, suppose I use 500 words to state my opinions and arguement, is it right if the mod tells you you can only use 50 because I used up to much bandwidth? Obama promised open and honest bipartisan debate on healthcare. Thats hardly the case when he tells people that we are shortening your time to discuss things because I used up more time then I should have, which by the way is ok because I am the president. Last time I checked, this bill was being voted on by 100 senators and 435 members of the house. Not just the President.

Paul Ryan takes Obama to the woodshed:

The Main Event: Ryan v. Obama | The Weekly Standard

HD if that many Americans were in favor of Obama public option it would have been passed last year and Brown wouldn't have won, keep telling yourself that though if it makes you feel better.

Paul Ryan will be President one day, whenever people ask where the rising stars of the Republican Party are, he should be the first answer.

Before you congratulate yourselves, listen to Ryan and realize that some of the 535 are FAR more impressive and worth listening to than THE ONE.

    WEEKLY STANDARD!!!!!

oh my......YOu actually read that pice of ____?! NO WONDER!

anyway...I'm NOT...i reapeat...I'm NOT a fan of the Obama plan either. So count me in on the "NOT SUPPORTING" side of what you conservatives call "Obamacare"

I am ...repeat AM a fan of single payer or a public option. Th ePublic option IS popular, there ARE 25 senators who have signed on to pass it by reconcilliation, that number is growing. The public option POLLS well, people would enjoy a broad choice. It hasnt come up for one reason, and one reason ONLY. Those against it are on the take.

Lets take the WAR in Iraq as an example of something that polled extreemly low during the end of the Bush years, was super unpopular...well, you and I both watched( probably with different dispositions) Dick Cheney explain to us that he could care LESS what is popular, he was staying with the War.

Popularity never has meant policy. If it did, the wealthiest americans would be taxed at PRE reagan levels as they are outnumbered 100-1

    Nahmean-Jellybean?

Three branches of government. Each got a fairly equal amount of time. Just like at the GOP retreat, Obama owned the Republicans, and they are whining. It's rather pathetic they're whining about the time they got, and typically not discussing the issues. They are simply not a very talented group those Republicans -- that's why they are the Party no ideas, no solutions, and no courage. Obama embarrassed Boner, caught Alexander in lies, and the Republicans are largely reduced to posting their own talking points, rather than segments of dialog.

It was Waxman who took Ryan's proposal's to task:

Health Care Summit: Breaking Updates, Latest News

After Waxman concluded with a highly partisan remark:

"I have doubts about whether the Republicans are going to help you, because I haven't heard a lot of willingness to come to work with you now or a year ago. I hope I'm wrong."

    Obama interrupted him, and said:

"I'm going to be equal opportunity here and say we're not making campaign speeches right now," he scolded.

I love these kinds of predictions....

2 years ago it was Palin, then Jindal, then Pawlenty.....

someone needs to step up and soon for the republicans....or you might get Lieberman

    SO true...

When I read about their "demands" that Obama not talk from a podium, and that the tables be set up in a "hollow Square"...you had to know they were clueless as to what they were walking into. Why not discuss policy as opposed to pagentry? Oh yeah, I forgot, they are Republicans.
