    Only 67%? ;)

Even more impressive is that 73% approve of the way he is handling the transition.

That means that folks who don't even like him grudgingly are impressed by his ACTIONS.

Obviously, those numbers won't hold up as the years pass, but at least so far so good. One step at a time.

I think even if you don't agree with is policies he's been discussing, you have to be impressed by the way he's calmed Wall Street. So far, the country is showing amazing support of Obama 40 days before he even takes office....pretty cool.

    Much more.

But Obama is a mature adult and intends to INVEST it. Bush the Boy declared he would "spend it". :)

Right there, in summation, is the huge difference between the two.

    That is a huge difference.

Bush had the mental flexibility of a goldfish. Truly a one-trick pony, and he admits to it! His whole administration has been a cash grab with no concern for long-term damage to our country or our troops. Even his own kids will grow to witness the devastation their father has done to their country...if they're smart enough to notice, that is. You can't pick your parents.

Wall Street hasn't exactly been calm since the election, not that it's a key part of my opinion of Obama but it certainly hasn't been calm.

Is this supposed to be news or something? CNN has him at 79%. WOW!!!!!!%$%^!~~!!

High approval ratings for transitional presidents, is COMMON. Everyone loves the job the new guy is doing, just like every couple loves each other while they're on their honeymoon. Talk to me 6 months later, when you're watching the Patriots game, and your wife wants you to put up the CHRISTmas lights. Tell me what the approval rating is, after a couple of those crisis type situations. ;)

America is truly amazing, a man comes along who is described by many democrats as being a moron, an imbecile, a idiot, a drunk, a fool, and insane, this man then goes up against these same people who laugh at him and tell the world that he is a retarded dumb drunk, "HE BEATS THEM, TWICE"....:singing:

I no longer support G Bush, he did nothing to prevent America from being invaded by 12 million Criminal Illegal Aliens and he Kisses Arabs.

Maybe it's because Einsteins like you PREVIOUSLY ("I no longer support G. Bush...) voted for him before waking up from the coma.

    Thanks, traitor! ;)

    So when you write:

"America is truly amazing, a man comes along who is described by many democrats as being a moron, an imbecile, a idiot, a drunk, a fool, and insane, this man then goes up against these same people who laugh at him and tell the world that he is a retarded dumb drunk, "HE BEATS THEM, TWICE"...."

Then the problem is more with you, isn't it Harry and less with 'imbecilic Democrats'.
