    Thu, 23 Mar 2006 23:15:37 -0800

Gil Brandt, of NFL.com, reports Michigan State CB Jaren Hayes measured a height of 8-8 1/4  and a weight of 185 pounds at his Pro Day. He ran the 40-yard dash with times of 4.54 seconds and 4.64 seconds while finishing the short shuttle in 4.34 seconds and the three-cone drill in 7.06 seconds. He had a 34 1/2-inch vertical jump and a 9-foot-8 broad jump while completing 24 repetitions on the 225-pound bench press.

Hehe, Haynes is a short F'er at only 5'9". That obviously is a misprint.
