Jets guard Pete Kendall left the game with a hamstring injury.

Jets Defense:

328 yards allowed
22 first downs
86 rushing yards (3.4 yards per rush)
242 yards passing (5.5 yards per pass)
Two rushing td's
Had three interceptions
Had 2 sacks

Jets offense:

Gained 393 yards
24 first downs
91 rushing yards (2.7 yards per rush)
302 passing yards (8.6 yards per pass)
two passing td's
one rushing td
were sacked 2 times
zero turnovers

Pretty impressive offensive numbers against a potentially bad team. Defensively, they let Kerry Collins sling it for 223 yards (2 ints). If Brady can get some healthy wr's and some time, this bodes well. The Tenn. TE's had two receptions for 35 yards. The Tenn rb's had two receptions for 6 yards. Most of the dmage was done by Bennett and Wade.

Blaylock and Barlow combined for 71 yards rushing. Neither exactly strikes fear into me. Coles had a great day, 8 catches for 153 yards. I'm not sure how much was after the catch.

The Jets were up 16-0, coughed up the lead and then went and took it back. Tenn had a chance to tie the game on the last play but KC threw the ball behind the receiver.

Hopefully their game will be one of the games on NFL Network this week and we can get a better idea of how it all played out.
