He's talking again. Apparently his family has convinced him.

God I hope they aren't hurting him or offending him, sounds like a bunch of sh!t to get Obama off the hook, if it's true his family better start looking over their shoulders, the head hunters will now be after them.

I think its political leak to save face. He clamed up after given his rights if you remember. It was a hot topic on the cable shows last night where civilian trial advocates were all saying, "see you can still get all the info you need even when you’re protected under Miranda rights". Of course the right said sure, but it's a month too late and we could have lost valuable time unraveling possible future attacks.

I think to help Obama out, this administration read a Terrorist From Another Country his Miranda Rights, this smelly bastard has no rights whatsoever under American law, he was from another country in our country trying to KILL us, these people should be shot dead on the spot when they are caught.

TERRORISTS, DICTATORS, TALIBAN AND EVERYBODY ELSE THAT HATES AMERICA LOVES OBAMA........

Do not believe any of it, why leak it???.. if his handlers are watching this, they can react.. maybe I have been watching too much "24"....

Do not believe a lot that the Government tells us, any leak like this is purposeful....

His family is telling him to talk, we shouldn't let the terroist know he is talking. The leak is to deflect the criticism the administration was taking for not interrogating him initially.

If he is talking, then his lawyer better already have a deal in place, or he should be disbarred.

This is obviously a farce from the Obama administration. They not only read this guy his Miranda rights, they gave him a lawyer, and once you have a lawyer, then you can not question the suspect WITHOUT the lawyer being present. SO anything he says is useless.

Yes they did and they got intellegence but after this is when the criticism started for not originally turning him over to terror interrogation experts and protecting him with the right to remain silent. There's a good chance this leak that he's now talking is damage control but who knows for sure?

Further, trying these suspects in federal court, rather than in front of a tribunal, is absolutely the best option.

That is, if you actually care about seeking the best odds for conviction.

So in other words, when Bush did it, it was fine. When Obama does it, he's putting us all in grave danger.

    So much for intellectual honesty.

Because it's laughably transparent when the same people who had no problem whatsoever when this was done by Bush suddenly find themselves pillorying Obama for following in his stead.

Sorry, but no one is buying it, nor your laughable implication that Obama's definition of "change" consists of doing "exactly the opposite of Bush on every single solitary issue."

These things always seen to get into a left right pissing contest. There was a reason that the whole world now knows he's talking again. It's very plausible that it was done to try and silence critics. We shouldn't know about this.
