Patriot Beating- New England, remember us? Not many do, but they went out and took care of business against the Raiders (like everyone does). Matt Cassel played some good football after the death of his father, and the Pats could have scored 60 if they wanted. The thing is, we in the media want to find ways to blast this team, but they are too well coached. They plug players in every year and keep winning. Think about it: The Pats are still tied for first place in the AFC East without their best players — Brady, Maroney, etc. Those are big names, yet this team is 9-5. How many teams would like to be 9-5 right now? Ask the Green Bay or Washington, or Detroit. As long as they have Cassel, Moss, and Welker, the Pats can beat anybody. All they have to do is get in. That’s the hard part.
