Love the show, but I really don't understand how they didn't have the Pats/Broncos game miked up.

The biggest game of the week, and actually the second most viewed regular season game for CBS ever (Broncos must-see for CBS - The Denver Post), Colts/Pats 2007 being the most viewed, it boggles the mind that Sound FX decided not to have the game. I would have loved to heard all the stuff going on on the sidelines... ahh well. Anyone know how they decide which game or players to mic up every week? Cause I think someone dropped the ball there.

<singing> "My God is a powerful God..."

"Is anyone planning on getting a f#$@%#g tackle today?"

"Please don't let me drop this pass! Please don't let me drop this pass!"

"SERIOUSLY! Is any-f#$@%#g-one going to tackle any-f#%@#g-one today?"

"Jesus! Return that fumble to me! Um...Jesus?"

"That's not a spike. THIS is a spike!"

"Hey, there's a punt. I should try to catch that."

"Holy S#@t! What the f@#k just hit me?"

"OK guys, we need 17 yards. Let's try Z-cross-X-right-29-Helter-Skelter-retreat-no-chance-refuse-to-throw...on 2. Break!"

I suspect it would have been something like that.
