Rich Eisen just announced that NFL Networks have learned that he will not play.
Not according to the official injury report which lists him as doubtful.
They said that DESPITE being listed as doubtful, they have LEARNED that he will not play.
How the hell do they know? He is doubtfull. Which I dont think he'll play but he is not OUT until he is OUT.
Damn. Ohh well time to move on. Get healthy for the SB, Rodney. In the meantime, maybe we should focus more on the play of Sanders and Hawkins when NFLN shows the replay in 5 minutes. There were no big plays from the Chargers' passing game, so that was good.
BS. There's no way they could know that. They may think they know, but they don't. I'm not saying he's going to play, just that they have no way of knowing this.
Rodney Harrison has just learned that the NFL Network will be out on Sunday.
Perhaps even this minute.
Rodney will take none of this.
Great find on the Rodney photo from this morning. Do you really think he will play as you said in your post or were you just kidding around?
I was just kidding around, but I do think he'll play.
Just reporting what they said. Take it for what it's worth. I haven't seen them be wrong yet.
It's interesting - I had just got home, having listened to Rodney give the "non-answer" on whether he would play or not on Fox Sports Radio. After the interview, the hosts both thought that he would play for sure, where I had exactly the opposite opinion. I get out of the car, go into the house, turn on the TV (already on 212 of course) and there is Rich Eisen saying he's out.
Rodney had an interesting take on the Chargers whining:
- Belichick is a fine man and a great coach and LT has no business saying what he said
- LT was understandably upset at losing, but he should have directed his anger at the teammates that let him down
- The players who celebrated were young players who haven't quite learned the way the Patriots operate
- Everyone on the team remembered the way the Chargers conducted themselves at the loss at Gillette last year, so they have no right to complain
LOL. Nice one man.
LOL - sounds like Chuck Norris...
The reason that the Colts play in a dome is in a vain attempt to somehow contain Rodney Harrison.
Wednesday is being renamed to "the day NFL teams list the players Rodney has decided to merely wound and not kill"
Peyton's wild hand signals all mean one thing - "Holy ****, look at that, it's Rodney F**king Harrison!"
I remember Shefter being wrong when he said the Patriots were looking at Javon Walker and had brought him in for a visit. He may have said something similar about Moss. If he is right, this is less about getting a scoop than it is about helping his good friend Tony Dungy.
how bout that long gainer by tomlinson when hawkins (for the second straight week) took a horrible angle of pursuit on him
That's why I said passing game. I really don't care what a sort of injured Addai does to us as long as we aren't giving up 20 yard passes every other play.
Haven't you heard? According to Borges he's out for the rest of the year.
