NFL Draft Countdown's Prospect Comparisons

thats not a bad thing..the comparisons dont go based on how productive a player in league has been. its more of their style.

Ahmad Carroll was a very good player in college..just didnt get it down in NFL but to say Houston will be exactly like him is no. The comparsion comes from both having very similar styles in college..small, physical and fast.

i dont agree with some of his

i say:
Landry - Dawkins
Nelson - Sharper
Meriweather - Reed/Huff
Griffin - i wanna say a Gibril Wilson

i dont agree with Revis - Robinson..Dunta is faster, more fluid on the field while Revis is more phyiscal

also: Bush to me is like Alexander..big guy but doesnt run as big as he is

Hunt - Dillon..Lewis has quicker feet than Hunt. Jamal takes short steps.

The Pats liked Ahmad Carroll. I think he suffered from poor coaching in GB. They played him too soon, to justify his draft status. They ruined Joey Thomas, too, another decent prospect. Once GB got solid defensive coaching (Bates) the defense turned around. Look what Bates did in one year with Nick Collins, who is on the verge of stardom. If Bates had had Carroll, he would still be starting in the NFL.
