Someone as reckless as cutler an injury like that would have only made him worse.

If cutler would have stayed in he would have had a 5+ pick game.

What COULD have happened is irrelevant. Cutler is the best and highest paid quarterback on their team. If he could have gotten back in the game (it looked like he damn well could have), he should have been back in. That's what good leaders do. Cutler quit on his team today pure and simple. There is no excuse for that whatsoever.

Don't forget Rivers played an AFC Championship game without an ACL tendon in one of his knees because he tore it the week before and rather have surgery that would end his post season, he had the entire ACL removed and played without it. Cutler couldn't play with a sore knee.

as far as i was concerned, the cutler rivers PR debate was won by rivers long ago, despite how espn tried to spin it, but cutler being as soft and horrible as he was today, should just about cement that

Cutler's lack of heart is only matched by his massive ego. I think he will recover just fine because he probably thinks in his mind it only shows how important to Chicago he really is because if he was in the game the Bears would have gonee to the Super Bowl.
