Taking a lesson from Ron Paul, Newt Gingrich has now proclaimed that his newsletter, "Newt's Notes," was not written by him.

Newt said he would repeal Obamacare, perhaps he saw what a failure Romneycare is.

Primaries though part of the process are such a drag ... will be so nice to have the issues discussed Romney vs Obama and we can go from there. The GOP slate is a circus unfortunately with Newt and Perry.

He was for it before he was against it.

Newt and his daughter's story about his first divorce are also something he's changed his mind about, too.

Their story that she knew about the divorce and initiated it? Court documents say no way.

However recently found court records show a different story altogether.

At least Jackie shows some class. She's refusing to comment, citing the fact that she does not want to hurt her children or grandchildren.

Oh, and his story about voluntarily providing support for her and his children?

    That's a lie, too.

They were so destitute in the days following the separation that their church had to take up a charity collection for them so they could have lights, heat and food.

It's easy to say things that appeal to the people you're speaking to.

Right now he's attacking Romney for a plan he lauded when that was the acceptable thing to say.

If he's changed his mind, he needs to (i) stop attacking Romney for it and apologize for his hypocrisy (or lies, take your pick), and (ii) explain why he once supported it and what changed his mind.

My guess is Newt's ego will prevent him from doing either.

    Bye, Newt.

Who's up next for the pubbies? Does Paul finally get his turn, do they finally accept Romney or do they start back at the beginning (would that be Bachmann?)?

I think Newt fits perfectly into the old lawyer joke of "when do you know a lawyer is lying?"

When his lips are moving. :D

The longer this goes on the longer right wing puppet masters have to scour all of the pieces that they can find on each candidate, there is so much they know, but so much they will not reveal..

If Gingrich makes a big surge, and Romney is in trouble, wait and see what comes out then.

They seem to want Romney and not much will stop them, of course Cain, Newt and Paul have provided a treasure trove of faux pas.

Ever since Obama was elected the right wing has been on a mission to get rid of him. Fast forward to the 2012 Iowa caucus (7 days away) and look at what they have come up with.

    Bible bashers: Perry, Bachmann, Santorum.
Career politicians who claim they are not politicians: Gingrich.
Guys who have been running for President since 2007: Romney, Paul.

The only GOP candidate that I would think about voting for, Huntsman, is hovering around 4% approval.

Good luck getting Independents to vote GOP in a General Election Republicans.
