Goodell has NEVER explained why the Jets were not sanctioned for having TWO "secret" cameras at field level, even when Belichick refused to allow them to use the cameras THAT day, but later on, the Mongo-issioner decides to sanction the Patriots for OPENLY using a camera field level and then letting this LIE persist throughout the media to this day.
