My wifes uncle lives in Laconia NH, he's is a homosexual, his father told him if he has sex before he's married it is considered a Mortal Sin and he will burn in hell, he's been going with the same guy for 60 years, all they've ever done is kiss and dance, he'll be glad to hear this news, he's 87 and his boy friend is 84.

As far as gay marriage goes, it's not just conservatives that dfien it that way. Take for instance the voting block that heavily tipped the scales in CA.

You may want to rephrase that to liberal legislation fever is sweeping the nation don't ya think?

I'd say that the california Prop 8 legistlation was written in very deceptive language. I knoew the issue and, what side I was going to vote on. But after reading the prop 4 times, I was unsure what I was voting for. I bet we see a reversal of thsi proposition in the next election in California.

As for same sex marriage, its certainly a liberal victory.

Is that true, Harry? That's really wonderful. It means he's been through a lot of hell, so it makes me especially happy for people like him to witness this kind of seachange.

Those blacks who voted against gay marriage are bigots, and many liberals have blasted them and their churches for that kind of ignorance especially given all they have been through becaue of their race.

The biggest issue I have with Lynch signing this is that he's a lying scumbag. Lynch is a spineless douche who can't keep his word. When asked months ago about gay marriage, he said that he wouldn't sign a gay marriage bill if one came before him. His reason? He said that he saw no need for a gay marriage bill because NH had already passed a civil union provision. Since it's the federa. government that doesn't recognize gay marriage, it doesn't matter if the state does. A gay couple that is legally married STILL has no legal rights like a heterosexual couple. They can't file joint taxes, their employer provided health benefits are taxed on the amount that pays for the spouse, there are issues with how homes are owned, etc. I think that Lynch is going to get hammered on this in the next election. He outright lied to the people of New Hampshire. Let's see how that plays out.
