AWFUL. Tonight, it was both ways. It was really quite terrible, and NBA officiating has continued to get worse and worse the past few years. I've seen better officiating in local community leagues.

The refs don't even watch the plays and then make the call - they see a play happening, take a look at who is involved and then make a judgement ahead of time if it's likely to have a foul or not. It's just embarassing. Both teams got to the line far more than they should have.

And then, to call all that ticky tack stuff all the way along, and then to let PP get gang raped in the middle of the court as time expires? Terrible.

Huge C's fan, yeah the refs suck, but PP's gotta call a TO there, or pass the ball. This is one of the 10 games a year where coaching makes a difference and the C's will probably go 1-9 in those games. Right now, Al's progress is more important than anything else that happens on the floor. Great to see Al, despite the awful start, come back strong. Nelson game planned and swarmed him and he needs to play with more intensity from the get-go. If Al keeps putting up 20/10, the future is golden.

Great post ... we deserved to win tonight IMO.
