Name one suprise cut

every year it seems there's a surprise and with this team there's so much competition it feels like there could be a real shocker depending on how camp shakes out. Namoe someone almost everyone has penciled in right now.

I'm going with Dane Fletcher

I was thinking the same thing how many 3-4 ILBs/4-3 LBs are they gonna keep ? If everyone's healthy he could go.

But we are as thin now as were were when he made the team, got the playing time he did, and got overrated.
My off the wall prediction is that Love (or maybe Brace) will get cut if favor of my udfa binkie Marcus Forston who will surprise in camp.

he's someone who I think gets a little overhyped by fans too, he only played 22% of the snaps last year. He's good depth, and may even improve so it's not like I hate him but there just has to be one or two tough decisions made.

Its funny that Fletcher and Cunningham arrived together, and Cunningham was an immediate starter who was displaced due to scheme change and injury in year 2, and Fletchers playing time of 22% of the snaps was his highest, mostly due to Spikes missing many games, and the general perception of the board is that Cunnigham is a failure and Fletcher is a hidden gem.
Lets not forget we played Tracy White at LB in the SB instead of Fletcher.

Not surprises here but branch Barrett Faulk Donald Thomas r gone

2 nd rounder Shane Vereen.

Cunningham wont be a surprise the guy cant stay healthy and pros is not college.

Hoyer, by default. Just don't see any surprise cuts. Most of the names mentioned are possibilities (except the punter).

What's a surprise cut?

I can see Koppen/Wendell getting cut...I seriously doubt we have the rash of injuries at center again.

I can see G. Warren getting cut, or Ron Brace, or Fletcher, or Lockett.

Frankly, any one of the WRs other than Welker/Gaffney/Lloyd/Edelman getting cut would not surprise me. Edelman would surprise me not because we need him at WR, but because the only other proven PR on our team, Welker, is unsigned and might hold out for a while.

One surprise for me would be any of the three specialists, but I'm not predicting any movement there.

So overall, I don't anticipate any 'surprises'.

Ocho and Spikes.

Dane Fletcher hardly seems like a surprise.

3 potentials:cool:

1. Wilfork
2. Brady
3. Gronkowski

:pigsfly:

Marcus Cannon for some UDFA.

Julian Edelman... but its wouldn't be that much of a surprise

Wekler
Grabowski
Troy Brady
Tim Light....

no, no, I'll go with...

Myron Pryor. I almost said Shane Vereen, but he'll probably get cut NEXT year. :p

Fletcher getting cut would be a surprise and I don't see it happening if he's healthy. He was hurt last year but showed promise his first year.

Love and Mesko are throwing darts at a dartboard type choices - not happening.
Mesko is a top punter and Love, at the very least would be Wilfork's backup.

Brace and Cunningham wouldn't surprise me.

Branch and Koppen would be mild surprises that I could see cut.
