is ugly, what the hell is up with that thing?
It is ugly. The worst i've seen in recent years.
Super Bowl 36 was the best, nothing can beat that one. But, I kinda like this year's colors.
For those who haven't seen it:
It looks like a 70s logo.
Why is the Cowboys' star in there?
Better than a Colt horseshoe
Yeah, that's "interesting" alright. I think we'll grow to like it, though, over the years.
They need to replace that horrible aqua blue with a navy blue
The Super Bowl XLII Logo is the worst SB Logo that I can ever remember. I know it represents the Southwest's colors, but still.... If the Patriots win, any SB Souvenirs that have the logo on it are going to completely clash with the Patriots colors. I went ahead and messed with the color scheme. I think it would look much better, or at least not look like vomit.
I liked the SB36 logo the best... followed by SB39... then 38...
31 was kind of ugly... but not as bad as this year's. I don't remember 25's logo.
That's why I use the one in my sig instead, I hated that SB logo.
That's the Southwest for you...
They paint their houses those colors too.
Before 9/11, the Super Bowl logo was supposed to be:
The one the ended up using is by far the best one ever.
This is one I never recall seeing used, but it was supposedly an alternate.
if you ask me, i think it will look good hanging in the razor. would clash and look bad at Giants stadium
But how will you remember Super Bowl 42 was in Arizona if the logo isn't shaped like that?
I agree with everyone else; SB36 was, and will always, have the best logo ever. And no matter what happens, it will always be my favorite Super Bowl.
Yeah, I'd say the SB42 logo is really uninspired.
Fortunately the Pats SB 42 rings will be personally designed, so I think they will still come out awesome.
That logo reminds me of the ship from Buck Rogers.
I didn't realize until a couple days ago that the background is supposed to be the shape of Arizona.
well, i for one don't know if i can grow to like it, the damn thing looks like a graphic straight out of the 80's.
still, id rather it hang up in new england then in new york.
