Artell Hawkins commenting on the Wedneday and Thursday PRACTICES of the Patriots last week: "Looking back, we didn't play Patriots football on Wednesday......"

How many teams take it seriously to use those kind of terms regarding a Wednesday practice? He made it sound like it was a game on the schedule.

It's a little subconscious terminology thing, but it reveals alot about how seriously they take their preparation.

Heard on WEEI this AM, speaking to #54, who said they pooped the bed in practice on Wed. So on Thurs. they first had to get what they messed up on Wed right and then had to do their regular practice routine on Thurs, needless to say Thurs was a long, exhausting practice. Guess they did not come back as mentally and physically prepared as BB anticipated.
