1A - Either CB/FS The best available
1B- LB have to start grooming a young one now
2 - Best OL/DL...You win on the line and BB seems to favor this as well

I'm not familar enought with collage to name certain players but the 3 we have in the first 2 rounds should be able to keep us on top.
The rest....WR, RB( Dillion may be gone). LB,DB..

Thoughts

I'll go ahead and make a projection.

1st round:
LaMarr Woodley, DE/OLB, Michigan
Michael Griffin, S, Texas

2nd round:
Jason Hill, WR, Washington State

Thoughts on this?

My Wish List (top few rounds in order of need)

Corner
Leon Hall
Antoine Cason
Marcus M.

Linebacker
Patrick Willis
HB Blades
Buster Davis

Safety
Brandon Meriweather
Laron Landry
Michael Griffin
Aaron Rouse

Wide Reciever
Calvin Johnson
Dwayne Jarret
Ted Ginn Jr.
Steve Smith
Jason Hill

I have seen Mock's that have us taking both
LaMarr Woodley, DE/OLB, Michigan
Michael Griffin, S, Texas

BUT...we all know the BBS never takes what others think we should.
However; we should get some Impact players on Defense for sure

A couple of guys to also keep an eye on.

FS Landry LSU - Pretty much has it all. I wish he made a few more big plays. But other than that, he's the truth at the position.

C - Klye Young Fresno State. Functionally powerful and technically sound. Smart enough to make the line calls and a decent pass protector.

ILB - Dedrick Harrington Mizzu. While I have not yet seen him play. He's reported to be Patriot sized and nasty mean. I think Mizzu cracked the top 25 this week.

CB - Bennett South Carolina. Taller than we prefer at 5'11" maybe 6 foot. But excellent speed, quickness and ball skills. More than willing against the run as well.

^cant we just believe were gonna resign Koppen..

why draft a center when BB can see the secondary and LB situation could be a lot better

i like the Landry pick..but give us a CB/LB next

As far as Laron Landry goes... I don't like his ball skills. He's got stone hands. We need a ball hawker. I haven't seen enough to be down on him, just a little cautious.

Here are a few names to throw out:

Marcus McCauley - CB - Fresno State
Gaines Adams - DE/OLB - Clemson
Travarous Bain - CB - Hampton
David Ball - WR - UNH

This draft looks to be very weak across the board. I wouldn't be surprised to see the Patriots trade into the 2008 season.

Lets get some more team speed next year. The Denver game showed they were faster than us!

Denver probably has the fastest set of LBs in the league.

Nick Ferguson is playing awesome football right now.
