Trade, from Tampa, Det - Gaines Adams, or they trade down more..

AZ - Joe Thomas

Trade - Atl. - Landry SS

Minn - Peterson RB

From Atl, Wash. - Branch DT (overrated, typical splashly mistake pick by Skins)

Mia - Willis LB, mild shocker that shakes up draft and kills a few trades

Hou - Levi Brown OT

SF - Carriker DE

Buff - Revis CB

St. Lo - Jamaal Anderson DT

Carolina - Okoye DT

NO - Houston CB, slides all the way down here...

Balt - Joe Staley, could easily be Benn Grubbs here also

SD - Dwanye Bowe WR

Chicago - Ben Grubbs G

Indy - Beason LB, I'll bum out on this one....

I think GB is the team going to get Turner so they pass on Lynch. While both Jones and Barber have had their moments neither have really stood out as a number 1 and Lynch is just too high on the draft board to pass at this point.

I meant to comment on the mock that Miami, like many others, might see Willis as the best defensive player in the draft and can't resist nabbing Zach Thomas' replacement (he'll be 34 in September!). Thomas has such a stabilizing effect on their defense that losing him or watching him slowly corrode would destroy the Fins for the near future. Letting Willis learn from a star like Thomas makes sense for all involved.

The teams late in the first have been mentioned as very willing to slide down but to me it looks like the value kicks up again after no. 28 - can't see Indy passing on Beason, Chi-town would be psyched to get Grubbs, while Staley would likely be considered a steal if he falls down to 29. It those 13-27 picks where everything looks the same and there always seems to be something just as good one pick below.
