Ok after reading the "what are you listening to" thread, and reading that Belichickfan's favorite Motley Crue CD is the John Corabi one, :banned:
I thought i'd make this thread.

What do you guys think of this CD?

I like it, not as much as my favorites (Shout at the Devil, Too fast for love) but it's pretty good.

I would suggest buying it if you like the Crue.... or if you have any decent taste in music whatsoever... and yes, even if you like John Corabi more than Vince Neil.

People should listen to this :

before they vote on banning me. Much better than the girlie shrieks of Ms. Neil. Actually, I like Crue in small doses, my favorite with Neil is Dr. Feelgood. Anyway, I have Saints but keep forgtting to listen to it. I'll try to tomorrow.

I love the second half of that CD. 'Til Death do us Part, Welcome to the Numb, Smoke the Sky. Awesome stuff.

On the new one I just played Face Down in the Dirt which kicks ass. Down at the Whiskey and the Title Track are pretty good. I'll try to listen to the whole thing tomorrow.

the animal in me and just another psycho are great

this album isn't really catchy like Dr. Feelgood, where you listen to it once and it's great.
    This album grows on you.

    Doesn't mean it's not good.

Got this CD on now, just the first few tracks which I heard last night - sounds real solid so far; I'm notoriously bad with CDs the first few times through too.

Now, the CD I'm REALLY waiting for is GnR - Chinese Democracy.

that won't come out for another 10 years

I can't imagine what has taken so long. It's never going to live up to the hype.
    And there is no Slash.

It's getting closer, the demos I keep downloading are sounding less and less like demos and more and more like finished tracks.

It won't live up to the hype, it won't sound like it should have taken all these years - but it will be damn good. Slash ? I like the guy but Axl is GnR.

I absolutley love this CD. It is my favorite CD at the moment particularly Face Dwon in the Dirt, SOLA, and Going Out Swinging. I only skipped two songs repeatedly on the CD (Down at the Whiskey and The Animal in Me). It would place this CD second best Crue Ablum after Shout at the Devil. Dr. Feelgood is a very close third.

ohh i think The Animal in Me is good stuff.

but for whatever reason, i can't stand Down and the Whiskey and find it incredibly lame.
