First we had Merriman thinking about the Patriots and now LT.

You'd think he would learn to shut up. I wonder if it's concussion, turf toe or just plain stupidity with LT.

I don't like the guy, but I have no problem with what he said. I'd expect nothing less. He plays for the dog-ass Jets, what do you expect him to say? I want to lose to them twice a year? :)

Now we get to see him sulking on the bench 2x as often!

    Keep talking LT, please!

It's just odd that the Patriots are at the top of their minds. That's all.

I don't think it is, considering that just about every time they felt they had a chance to get to the promise land, the Pats squashed that dream. If I were them, my nemesis would be on my mind, too ;)

Not to mention that coming into the AFC East, who is he going to talk about like they're a challenge to his new team... the damn Bills? :D

The Pats minds in the lockeroom probably consist of the Colts. I just hope this AFC triangle is broken this year and we can beat anyone.

    Pats have Chargers number.

    Colts have Pats number.

    Chargers have Colts number.

    Really? Lately yes but...

I seriously doubt that Brady or most of the team are vexed by the Colts.

It's probably the one game they look forward to the most, when the schedule comes out, and If I were Brady and BB, I'd be vexed.

    2005: Blown out at home
2006 A.: Four Brady interceptions, one ending a comeback as faulk can't hold it in.
2006 B: #2 on patriots fans worst games of decade list. Reche big eyes, horrible second half defense.
2007: A win, but they went undefeated.
2008: Let's see.... David Thomas penalty ends the game, Gaffney drops a 30 yard TD pass, another BS PI call.
2009: Puke, 4th and 2, up by 17 in 4th quarter, Maroney fumbles at the 1, bs PI call on 1st colts comeback drive.

The way they lost, I know BB says 1 game at a time, but they're waiting for the Colts matchup.

4th and 2 would seem to demonstrate otherwise.

NYJ just got 54% classier. With LT on board, they can now boast a top-notch organisation with undoubtably the classiest human of all-time !

Congrats Jets. You are awesome. Let the classiness be a beacon for you and your fans. I am jealous.

Why? It was a good call. I would run that play against any team (except those with crappy QBs).

1.) It was a terrible call, but I'm not going over that again.

2.) It's a call you make when your opponent is in your head, not when you're thinking clearly.

Coaches, football players, GMs, statisticians, all thought it was the right call. A few people didn't, like Peter King.

For Tomlinson, he'd actually have to play the full season to get two cracks at the Pats. Doubt he's up to it.

And yeah, for the record, 4th and 2 was the right call. Maybe the play that they executed wasn't, but the decision was fine.

Same here, it sounds like another form of flattery to be honest.

Still, I'd love nothing more than to clinch a victory over the Jets in the AFCC by forcing Dirty into INT #4. Then the camera cuts to the end of the NYJ bench and LaDanian sitting completely still with the shades and that cape covering the rest of his body. Another year coming up just short

Robbed by a bad spot from the sideline official who couldn't see the ball at the time of possession.
