"WBAL Radio has learned that the Baltimore Ravens will be featured in three Monday night games during the 2007 season. It will be the first time the team has ever been featured in three Monday night games.

The team will also have a Sunday night home game scheduled.

One of the Monday night games will be played on December 2, at M and T Bank Stadium, when the Ravens will take on the New England Patriots."

Should be a big game.

Why the heck does Baltimore have 3 MNF games is my question ???

Sounds like the NFL might be screwing ESPN and its Monday Night Football in 2007 like it was suspected of doing in 2006. Some say it was caused by a disagreement over ESPN's Playmaker series that Tagliabue took offense to. I forget if it was Linda Cohen or Suzy Colber, but I heard one of them being interviewed and she was clearly dissappointed in the behavior of the league toward the NFL.

Could be worse, they could straight up give Houston three Monday night games, Detriot gets three, Raiders get two and Tampa gets two. In fact, any games from the NFC will be junk (unless they are playing an AFC team).

Jeez, are games where players play their old teams really that big a deal?

Late December game in Foxboro? Sweeter.

MNF is the new Sunday Night Football. It's a crapfest as often as not. The big games will be on Sunday now.

Sucks for the Dolphins. They're going to have to come play up in Boston on December 23rd. I predict a chill in the air.

Also in Buffalo in December, but they have Bal and and Cincy, both cold weather teams in FLA
