    Oh boy:
Palin's 'going rogue,' McCain aide says - CNN.com

[ Several McCain advisers have suggested to CNN that they have become increasingly frustrated with what one aide described as Palin "going rogue." A Palin associate, however, said the candidate is simply trying to "bust free" of what she believes was a damaging and mismanaged roll-out.

McCain sources say Palin has gone off-message several times, and they privately wonder whether the incidents were deliberate. They cited an instance in which she labeled robocalls -- recorded messages often used to attack a candidate's opponent -- "irritating" even as the campaign defended their use. Also, they pointed to her telling reporters she disagreed with the campaign's decision to pull out of Michigan.

A second McCain source says she appears to be looking out for herself more than the McCain campaign. "She is a diva. She takes no advice from anyone," said this McCain adviser. "She does not have any relationships of trust with any of us, her family or anyone else. "Also, she is playing for her own future and sees herself as the next leader of the party. Remember: Divas trust only unto themselves, as they see themselves as the beginning and end of all wisdom."

A Palin associate defended her, saying that she is "not good at process questions" and that her comments on Michigan and the robocalls were answers to process questions.]

And those types of conservatives are a minority of votes that McCain needs to get.

The kind of conservative that Palin represents is not the same as a Reagan conservative or a Newt Gingrich conservative IMO. McCain is a conservative, just because he's a weak candidate doesn't mean he's not a conservative, same with Bush. For every reason you can give me as to why McCain isn't a conservative I can give you one as to why Obama isn't a liberal.

I don't think a candidate can win in the current climate on the kind of conservativism that Palin represents. Bush on the other hand, made it work when times were different.

If this woman thinks for a minute that she has a future as politician on the national level...or God forbid she think she could someday run for....gulp....president, she is dilusional and McCain should drop her today.

McCain picked her up because he thought that she would bring votes from Hillary's supporters. I don't know what she brings but she is really 'hot' for her age.

150k for her dressses is well-spent.

basically they call her an idiot.

and they mention it "hard" to get her up to speed on national issues. hasn't she read the paper? she's a dimwit and it's totally insulting to each and every american that she is the best we have to offer.

it would be like if we reverted to sending college basketball players to the Olympics, except she's more like a JV basketball player who can memorie plays but can't compete whatsoever.

If she is running for president in 2012 the Mayans were right.

Kinda can't blame her. McPain's whole Campaign has been a total disaster. Good guy I think, but a terrible candidate so far. It's amazing "the One" isn't ahead by 20.

yeah his biggest blunder was picking her.

I realize Obama is untested and has many questions but there has been spoonfulls of misinformation to the flag issue in saluting it to people thinking he's a muslim.

there has been a ton of slander

Based on your answer I would conclude you know little or nothing about conservatives. ;)

I don't mind that Obama is "untested". It's his boarderline socialist tendancies that annoy me.

Look, they are both pretty crappy choices. The one, ain't gonna turn out to be "the one". Mark my words. OTOH, McCain ran this like he WANTED to lose, which should disqualify him in my book. I was never a huge McCain fan, and am fundementally conservative (but not totally), but he's does nothing to impress me. A vote for him, is a defensive reflex, nothing more.

Palen is just another useless pawn, but no worse a tool then the other three. Not one of the 4 impress me all that much to be truthful. I guess I'm just sick of politicians lying to our faces,

That one isn't ahead by 20 because of people like you who still support a disastrous candidate who made jokes of himself , the world is laughing right now. So how about you switch today , we could be ahead by 20 real fast . By the way ,his name is Barrack Obama , that one.

This speaks volumes about McCain's judgement, first they do not vette a woman who has had an affair, has belonged to the Alaska Independence Party, is involved with the "third wave" and now has an ethics violation.

Coupled with all that she is a uninformed loose cannon, who spends 150K on clothes.. and 22K+ on makeup for the first two months in October..

She has not galvanized the republican party, her appeal is to a select few.. but she was a pretty shytty choice.

You don't have the first clue about the current financial crisis, and how/where it got it's genesis, do you.

I didn't think so. Open your eyes, the guys that are fukcing you are BLUE & RED. You fooling yourself if you think otherwise. Obama is BALL's DEEP, just like the rest of them. Except Palen (who is too clueless to help out).
