Must be fair and balanced ... so here is a McCain thread ...
I've always wondered this; do anti-immigration folks actually believe a fence would stop a single illegal immigrant? I mean, is someone who's willing to trek across the desert, risking imprisonment and dehydration in order to start a new life in a foreign land really going to get to an 8 foot high, chain-link fence and say "adios mio! I better turn back?" For people that constantly claim to oppose "irresponsible spending" a billion dollar obstacle course in the middle of nowhere seems right up there on the list of foolish, feel-good wastes of money.
Ha Ha Ha Whoopeeee
Democrats, Do-Gooders, Race Baiters, Politically Correct A$s Holes,
Jessie & Al, Left Wing Media and Auntie Pelosis would all be setting themselves on fire if this photo was of "Our Lord Savior Bracko" being jerked off by Jessie Jackoff.
American City's would be burning to the ground.
"I LOVE YOU JOHN"
"I LOVE YOU TO MR PRESIDENT"
"KISS ME ON THE MOUTH MY DARLING"
"OH GOD, FASTER JOHN FASTER, ARGHAAAAAAAAAAAAAA OH JESUS JESUS H CHRIST"
SEND ME THE PILLOW THAT YOU DREAM ON
SO DARLING I CAN DREAM ON IT TOO
do liberals have anything better to do than to photo shop pictures of mccain so he looks unflattering and post them all over the internet? you don't see conservatives doing that kind of stuff for the most part. and the sad thing is that liberals actually think their photoshopping is funny.
I'm not a liberal and I think it's funny ...
Most (if not all of it) are done by ultra liberal, unemployed 20 somethings living in their parents basement. O&A had some of them on the radio this morning. They asked (on the street) who you are voting for? They say Obama. "So which of his positions do you like best?" "Oh I'm not good with that kind of stuff." "It doesn't have to be your favorite. What position of his do you agree with?" "Oh I don't know." It made for an amusing drive into work.
No, conservatives instead write emails filled with lies and distribute them. Photoshopping is a far more honest hobby (and more constructive skill) then spreading lies, e.g., claiming Obama is Muslim, that he went to a Madrassa, that he wasn't a law professor, that he won't recite the Pledge of Allegiance, etc.). Too many conservatives have a real problem with integrity and truth.
Besides, some of the photoshops, while humorous, are making genuine commentary, e.g.,
Why do you call yourself Left of Center, when you're so quick to attack him? In another thread, you questioned his intelligence (despite him having been a law professor for 12 years, written two books, and served as President of Harvard Law Review), which seemed to be the sort of stereotype that would typically come from those right of center. Meanwhile, now you're making claims about Obama being inconsistent, yet it would be easier to make claims of McCain being inconsistent. I don't think you're left of center. You're either one of those older Hillary supporters who can't accept that a new generation of leaders is starting to take control, or someone who doesn't know left from right.
I have to support this clown to be left of center? Why are ultra liberals so lock step on every subject matter? I held my nose and voted Kerry 4 years ago and Nader before that. And I'm not impressed by law degrees. I've met and seen many people of questionable intelligence with law degrees. So what do you want a cookie to go with the Kool Aid you're drinking?
You sound like a disgruntled Hillary fan. Either that or you're really QuiGon trying to pull some trick by pretending to be "Left of Center." Based on your name, you came here solely to discuss politics, and all you've done is spew right wing talking points. Yes there are people left of center that are concerned about illegal immigration, but the fact that your AV suggests it is your biggest issue and the use of the term "ultra liberal," (which is a term I've only ever heard from the Hannity's of the world) leads me to believe that your some kind of troll, and I'm not falling for it. And no, you don't have to drink the Obama kool-aid to be "left of center," I'm not a fan of his, but your "critiques" of him are the same ones the right wing makes (hollow insults) and the language you use gives it away. I'd describe PatriotReign or Shmessy as slightly left of center, and you sound nothing like them. No "I voted for Kerry and Nader" disclaimers are going to fool anyone. Nice try though.
