Ian Rappaport just posted a link to the entire interview now up on the team website. I had seen one snippet of it teased on NFLN but they showed it in segments on draft day and I never caught any. Great stuff including insight into how his drafting philosophy was shaped that underscore why it remains as much art as science.

Great interview and great insights, and yet he still leaves plenty of questions about his drafting unanswered(and probably intentionally )
