    The Fed. Government has spent an average of $14 million annually the last four years on promoting marriage. Add this to the list of burn flagging, pledge of allegiance, gay marriage, etc, to keep us morally sound.

    Hmmmmm, so some gay organization in Vermont could get a federal grant on counseling a gay couple. If not, it would be discrimination.
