Looking for Bengals @ Pats tailgate

Hello
Coming down from Ottawa Canada to my first Pats game at Gillette. Can't wait.
The bus I am taking drops me off in one of the parking lots around 10:30 AM. Looking for some tailgating advice since I am a first timer and a polite Canadian that hates to butt in. Any advise, or placed to recommend where newbies are welcome?

10:30 is on the latter side of things as it takes awhile to
1. Wait in line at the gate
2 pass thru security
How quickly does your bus leave post game?
