If you read between the lines in that study it suggests that mankind would have failed as a species if liberals were in charge. I guess we better keep some conservatives around for crunch time.:singing:

There's so many things that could be said. Let's just say that the Liberal base, not all Liberals, can barely make it out of High School.

Guess what? Turns out the same guy who published this study also believes sub-Saharan Africa is in the mess it is because... well, you know... those black folk just aren't as smart as white and Asian folk.

Low IQs are Africa's curse, says lecturer | UK news | The Observer

The London School of Economics is embroiled in a row over academic freedom after one of its lecturers published a paper alleging that African states were poor and suffered chronic ill-health because their populations were less intelligent than people in richer countries.

Satoshi Kanazawa, an evolutionary psychologist, is now accused of reviving the politics of eugenics by publishing the research which concludes that low IQ levels, rather than poverty and disease, are the reason why life expectancy is low and infant mortality high. His paper, published in the British Journal of Health Psychology, compares IQ scores with indicators of ill health in 126 countries and claims that nations at the top of the ill health league also have the lowest intelligence ratings.

So ... is anything in this story somehow relative to Mr. 4X here in our forum?

Righhht.........and that's the reason that any other time you're referring to liberals they're known as those "Ivory tower" intellectual elitists.

Some statistics for ya......in case you're inclined to argue.

Liberals have the highest education level of any typology group * 49% are college graduates and 26% have some postgraduate education.

Among Republicans, just 15% of Pro-Government Conservatives have completed college.

There's the ruling class of Liberals, those described by you in the quote. And there's the Voting Base of liberals, the high school dropouts to which I refer.

But the folks you refer to are at best apolitical...

Would be an interesting study, to do an analysis of who actually votes.. sure there are quite a few "dittoheads" out there with limited intellectual capacity who vote for a candidate because Rush tells them to... also quite a few Beckians who goosestep all the way to the polling spots..

This thread topic is idiotic and childish. My daddy is smarter than your daddy level banter. But hatred runs so deep along party lines that we'll discuss it anyway.

This thread is the epitome of trolling...nothing more, nothing less. Maybe we should discuss which party's women are better lovers.

We all need to grow up.

My guess is that Phokus is some college kid who actually believes he's smarter than the average Joe (especially those much older than him)...just like most college kids. He'll prolly wake up around noon to comment upon this!
