If there was an equal proportion of women making these decisions things might be different.. from your article..

Does this mean conservatives don't think women should receive equal pay for equal work?

no......it means that most of what liberals implement doesn't work, or has the opposite effect

there shouldn't be any laws.....people should simply get paid what they're worth.......when I hire someone, my message is the same out of the gate.....I will profit from your existence or you won't exist, and your value depends upon the work you do and thats it

What we don't want to see are any laws that say "if 2 people do the same job and have equal tenure, they must make equal pay"

I say that because there's a lot more that goes into what people make than job level and tenure with an employer.

Even personality can separate 2 employees significantly. One can be a complainer and another a "keep your head down and get it done" type. Even if they're both producing the same amount of work, the latter is more valuable to a company.

And then there's the "as-s kissing" factor. If you're good at "as-s kissing", you should be rewarded for that as well. There is a LOT of politics in the business world and one has to be able to play all the games.

I'd like it to remain that way myself.

Are there any jobs that women are physically uncapeable of doing, I think so but of course I'm a Neo Con.

Women have proven themselves to be very good at stepping into the Once Mans World but there must be something out there that they find impossible to do due to their physical makeup.

Should men stop saying f--k in the workplace because a women is now working beside them, that word seems to be very popular in todays Pop Culture world.

"who was that guy i saw you with last night"
"that was no guy that was my wife"
    "oh"

Your owner wasted a heck of a lot of money trying to get Romney elected.

    My condolences.

If you want to bring up the subject of liberalism and equal pay for women, then maybe you should consider that the vast majority of states who have not ratified ERA are red states. The one Northern state to not ratify is Illinois. I suppose your next thread will be Obama's home state remains opposed to women.
