Barrack Obama claims such superior credentials, that he knows what's going on in America. So let's compare his credentials with those of not John McCain, but with the one the left is frantically busy smearing at full speed, Sarah Palin:

YouTube - Sarah Palin's Resume vs. Barack Obama's Resume

    Think about it.

When America finds this out, the truth about Obama's REAL agenda, he wouldn't elected dog catcher of South Chicago.

Such a fraud and liar has never been seen before in American history.

    You mis-titled this this thread...

"Let's rationalize why my candidate should be elected and not who's winning by 10 points"

I can't figure out if the lead (which is at lead 33% less than 10 points, btw, but clearly above the margin of error) is due to hatred of Republicans after Bush or if the country has finally tipped from a majority wanting to work for money to a country wanting to be given money.

Or a country that has reached a tipping point where welfare is more freely given out to multi-millionares then it is for people in need.

what a message... Why work when you'll just get bailed out...

the republican admin changed the shape and attitude of the population for generations...

We'll never know what would have happened without the bailout. However it wasn't bailing out millionaires, it was bailing out the financial system which we all need. Did we need to do it ? I don't know. But your description certainly isn't correct - of course, it was the Democrats in Congress who supported it more than Republicans anyway.

your right, we only had to remind AIG and other companies that if they take this money if give HUGE bonuses we will wag our finger at them...

The president is who wanted this, and signed it into law... he pushed it, his appointee wanted all power, the man in charge, the man who signs the law is the one who will ultimately bear the responsibility for it...

We don't say "the congress created the New Deal"...

Sure Bush's name is on it but he didn't do it himself. Don't lower yourself to suggest that he did. We all saw Harry and Nancy and their boys coming out of their midnight meeting thinking they'd saved the country.

I think Obama will win but let's not get carried away. Many polls still have 10% undecided and there's enough questions about Obama that it's fully reasonable that a small but non zero percentage of people who say they'll vote for him will get cold feet on election day. I fully expect Obama to win - maybe by a lot - but it's not over.

    you are correct in this.

The pollsters are starting to scramble . They assumeed a dem / pubbie turnout model that was gonna be +8-+14% that has never happened the early voting is indicating a balanced turnout nationally (historically the diff has never been >+3%) the polls are widly optimistic for BO. I will not be at all suprised if MCPAin win the majority of the vote, Perhaps the same % as Bush Kerry in 2004, expect the undecideds to break 2-1 for McCain.

The tape of BO on redistribution released today won't help BO.

If Bo loses the dems won't blame bad methodology by the pollstersthey will scream about racism and a stolen election. Riots will ensue if BO loses. Thank the MSM and their biased polls

I never said Bush and his cabinet weren't in favor. However the other side refuses to acknowledge that the Dems in Congress were overwhelmingly in favor too.

Finally listened to this, he's not just talking about re-distribution, he's talking about reparations (didn't use the word but it's clear) and re-distributing to who he thinks should get something. It's awful stuff.

A lot of people think pollsters just call 1,000 people. They don't realize all the modeling for likely voters, turnouts, adjusting for cell phone users not called, etc. It's a science but not an exact science and it's getting trickier. As you said, when they polls turn out wrong it's racism or diebold machine trickery :D

Do not think Obama will win, and if he does will never make it alive until his inaugaration.. perhaps tempered by 1968, but this guy is a prime target and the flames of hate have been fanned.. somewhere in his mom's basement, a guy is cleaing his high powered gun, listening to Helter Skelter backwards, over and over.. I really believe that I will not see a Black President in my lifetime.
