That's correct. The article is making an incorrect assumption.

Robert Kraft does have interest in the Liverpool team:

http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/l/liverpool/4420306.stm

The original article seems to make the same assumption:

http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/latest/tm_objectid=16878227&method=full&siteid=94762-name_page.html

Just because they're name is Kraft and they're American and they're billionaires doesn't mean they're part of Kraft Foods!

.... or Leeds or City. That said, City are such a MASSIVE club that they don't need more investment. Did you know that 99.999999999999% of Mancunians support City?

and 99.9999999999% of Milton Keynesians support ManU.

Leeds' support is still larger than city's, according to a recent poll....despite still wallowing in the old second division

I believe this thread is in the wrong forum...General Talk, perhaps?

No, it doesn't belong on the General forum, that's for non-football related stuff. The Patriots owner is thought to be interested in purchasing Liverpool football club, therefore we are discussing that idea on this thread.

Yeah, you should have seen them on the news tonight: "where were you when you were sh*te?" comes to mind. Sorry, ayjackson but I was happy with the result. :bricks:

Steve Nash supports Tottenham Hotspur, and that's all that really matters. Despite him being a Canadian basketball player.
