He said it on PTI yesterday and despite having a straight face I thought he was kidding but he said it again today with the same straight face so I think he is serious.

Let me just say that a team is never going to go undefeated in the NFL again.

But the bigger issue for me is that with all this media hype WE'RE DOOOOMMED!!!!!!

Kornheiser need not be taken seriously.

Especially with the schedule we have next year the chance is about -5%.

Undefeated and unscored upon! We will march down the field at will, so no need to waste a roster spot on a punter, nor a placekicker as we will go for, and get, two every time! Advertisers will not dare to interrupt our awesomeness with their trivial consumer products!

He loves anything Patriots/Red Sox/Yankees, so he intentionally goes over the top. PTI is a good show though. Pretty much the only thing on ESPN I can tolerate.

I watch PTI a lost and I wouldn't say he has a particular bias towards the Patriots but this is ridiculous.

Exactly. Nobody goes 16-0 these days.

What was weird is that Wilbon didn't call him on it. He didn't say anything.

You would be in the distinct minority there. The guy would marry Tom Brady if the opportunity presented itself.

Maybe you are right but it is something I have not noticed. I will keep an eye on it in the future.

Yeah but they need to be right as much as possible so they have some credibility. If they say flat out lies and ridiculous things all the time then no one will watch them.

The Pats have as good a chance of going undefeated as any team since the '72 Dolphins. They have potential to be an all time great team.

Of course, plenty of all time great teams have failed to go undefeated since '72, so we'll see.
