    Hmm seems there has already been internal discussions around who moves into replace these jobs and BB (and those stepping up) have ensured Kraft all is good.

    BB is the king of contingency plans....things have been in place for a while. I do wonder though if the Pats had planned on Dimitroff taking over for Pioli...but never got the chance.

    i believe they had...which really sucks...too bad the chiefs didnt look for GM b4 the falcons

    My guess is that they might have intended for Dimitroff to be the guy, but it wouldn't surprise me if they had developed both Dimitroff and Caserio, with the expectation that one would take over here, the other somewhere else.
