I'm sorry he's letting the Clintons tell him what to do. I thought he was more of man than that. Well, just goes to show you.

Why would he run? His chances of winning would have been as good as yours or mine.

They had better find someone closer to Jim Webb or they'll probably lose another election.

You're right. One should not run because he or she believes it is the right thing to do; they should only run "if they can win", and, in Kerry's case, he's already been served notice by the Clinton people he's DOA, so why indeed fight it.

Thank God the people who founded America were made of sterner stuff.

I couldn't agree more. If they prop up an ambulance chaser, a fraud, and another John Kerry, they've got no chance. The only chance in such a scenario would be against an equally shady Giuliani, or a mormon like Romney. That's the hope of all 5, facing one another. Not that McCain is sexy, he certainly isn't, but he'd mop the floor with the any of the above mentioned I think. Richardson, to me anyhow, would have to move to the top of the Dem list. Don't know much about him though.

Obama is interesting, but very, very green.

Political Correctness, Socialist Liberalism and Bush Hatred won't let the democrats put up a decent candidate.

They will lose again and they will blame the machines, and of course, George Bush.

Except if -- God forbid -- Bill Clinton dies of a heart attack or something, then Hillary would get the sympathy vote.

For the love of Heaven, keep that man alive !!!
