    Very interesting development:

Kent State tape indicates altercation and pistol fire preceded National Guard shootings (audio) | cleveland.com

Just a theory ... not posting as fact.

It was Forty years ago and a very ugly time in American history, I remember it vividly. Just let it die

Read this yesterday, and agree to just let things die.. also read where Kucinich wants to open it up...

At first glance the story reads that the Guardsman were actually provoked by the protesters, but more details indicate that this guy Norman was not a protester, but a photographer??? Sounds a whole lot weird... could he have provoked this whole unsavory incident for what???

Would like to know more about Terry Norman, sure there is a file somewheres on this guy...

You will be able to tell if the Natl Guard was provoked or not, MSNBC will be going nuts denying it and Jon Stewart will be making jokes about it.
