Junior Seau went to SB29 and now, 13 years later, he is returning to the Big Game. I gotta say if any other player ever had a bigger layoff, I sure can't think of one. Elway had a 7 year layoff and people said Favre would have set the record for QB's at 10 years if he had beaten the Giants...
 
I looked at the top 3 NFL careers (Blanda, Andersen, Anderson) and couldn't find a better one...
 
Theres got to be a kicker, punter, or maybe a long snapper that had a longer layoff.
