Hope he doesn't do a Brett Favre now.
Despite the respect he deserves his whole career,Junior was indeed a waste of a roster spot though
Spoken like someone who has selective memory about the 2007 season. That is one of the reasons it's so sad that fans boo'd this team mercilessly and left early Sunday. There were guys on that field who didn't ever deserve that, and some you may never see play again or have a chance to thank for all their effort.
SMY said on NESN Sportsdesk this a.m., that he was brought in for his veteran presence, but that some of the younger players just didn't listen to him. I wonder which ones those were, the same ones who laughed after losses? Clearly they are one of the major problems on this team.
lol. the statement right before the retirement pledge.Whatever happens, I can say, honestly say, that that probably was my last game.
The next time the Patriots make the Super Bowl, they should hire him as a "defensive assistant" or something.
Good luck Junior.
This I can fully agree with.
Absolutely. Defensive assistant, team morale co-ordinator, surfing coach, any of those would work
