Gee, I'm so surprised
My Way News - Judge tosses lawsuit challenging Obama citizenship
Some of us are liars.:banned:
Americans should be outraged over this issue. A judge who does not believe in following the law of our country ... our Constitution ... what a disgrace. The judge in so many words just about admits that Obama is not a citizen by saying no harm no foul ... this is why liberal lawyers are dangerous for this country ... they believe the constitution is subject to interpretation. Like I said ... what a disgrace and it opens the door for foreigners to now become president in the future.
I'll wait for PatsFaninMaine to refute your horrible analysis of what he said and what this case was about. You might believe the word of a conservative lawyer more than mine. Needless to say, you're 100% wrong in everything you just said. He didn't admit anything nor did he reinterpret any part of the constitution and this most certainly does not open any doors for foreign Presidents.
America's Right: Lawsuit Against Obama Dismissed from Philadelphia Federal Court
Great analysis here ... including Berg saying he has an audiotape of Obama's grandmother saying he was indeed born in Kenya. Judge indeed interpreted the Constitution to serve his own needs ... whatever ... the Supreme Court will do what this judge did not have the gonads to do.
Some great information in this article:
Newsmax.com – Obama Refuses to Answer Birth Certificate Lawsuit
What a joke.
The old accusation page 1, retraction page 30 game. Yah. We know.
Any news on McCain's little Panamanian birth problem?
My interpitation of the judges order is that he did not believe the plaintiff met the burden of proof by showing a particular injury-in-fact. Specifically, what particular personal damage could the plaintiff show. The plaintiff could show no particular damage to himself, therefore he had no standing to bring forth this action. One may ask then who could meet such a burden of proof. My answer would be one of the opposing Presidential candidates.
I can't beleive this judges decision after Berg introduced such credible sources like Inside Edition. Those guys are all about the constitution.
The Supreme Court will never hear this case because it will be dismissed for a lack of evidence and credible sources.
Your a disillusioned conspiracy theorist, FBN.
And presumably any "evidence" he has, such as a supposed audiotape could be turned over to the campaign after being translated into affidavit. The fact that not only has this not happened, but that the tape hasn't even been leaked to the press yet is very telling.
..:steamed:..Looking that way isn't it .. :steamed:..
Here is what the American Public gets from Obama:
One Page of Medical Records
NO ... Occidental College Records
NO ... Columbia University Records
NO ... Harvard University Records
NO ... Birth Records
NO ... University of Chicago Records
And what have we received from McCain?
Since there is a constitutionrequirement relative to citizenship, why would Berg have to establish standing with the court? Who other than the presidential candidate?
I would think any citizen should have standing to ensure the constitution is being adhered to in terms of the election.
Any member of Congress would have standing as it is they who take an oath to uphold the Constitution. Berg has not taken such an oath, therefore is reliant to show specific damage if his case is to move forward. Because no specific damage could be named that is credible, Berg has no legal standing.
Well then where is Ron Paul when you need him.
As long as he is born here to an American citizen, then he is a natural born American. To anyone who believes that is not inline with our constitution...well...ahhh....you're just plain stupid.
Interesting that the RNC or other Republican Org did not join in this lawsuit and just let Berg go it alone.. the constitution not only upholds the law, but protects its citizens..
I doubt they would jump on something that isnt credible.
