I'd bring Gholston in just to see if he is salvageable in any way possible.

Watching Jenkins on Hard Knocks, he is one tough SOB and one hell of a player, but injuries have caught up.

Woody opposite Vollmer? He'll get too much money.

    Taylor had his chance.

Nothing surprising here. Wayne Hunter is a decent player, but a step down from Woody.

All those players are on the downside of their career. Pretty much JAGs at this point.

Get Jason Taylor, even as his age he'd probably be the pats best pass rusher lol.

Nah, I think you can sign them because they were cut. Unless you mean they won't be signed because nobody knows what the cap is.

I'd cut Banta-Cain and sign Taylor.

    He'll be cheaper and better.

well unless they sign by thurs before midnight then they could sign, but there will be no activity none what so ever if there is a lock out.. except a draft which once they are drafted they cant do anything until there is a agreement..

Oh, ok gotcha. Bill being Bill he probably won't do anything until there's a CBA.

Hopefully they address OLB through FA and the draft, and then they should cut him. Ninkovich and Cunningham jumped him on the depth chart, especially on first and second down. Don't need ~5 million dollar depth for one player at that position.

Say we bring Gholston, give him a year, get him better under the right coaching, see how he performs at the end of pre season then if he is still here, see how he performs at the end of the regular season.
