Jets fans=Bunch of classless thugs
Didn't a Jets fan punch a woman in a Bills shirts last year? Classy.
lmao, he was getting handled by those girls....
Great pats fans!!!
Fans act according to the level of class shown by the entire organisation, starting with management. So in this case, without any class at all. Hope the woman's OK.
Tough girl, she pushed him in the chest and he hit her with a roundhouse right to the head with a closed fist. Staggered her but didn't knock her off her feet.
Funny thing, last time I was in that stadium about 3 years ago, the same type of thing happened right in the stands in front of us.
What an incredibly stupid and offensive generalization.
Was it you who punched the lady???
Perhaps an overstatement, stuff happens, but we should expect a safe environment when we follow our team. Prosecution should follow AND additional security next year. Why didn't the other Jet fans help them? Not good. Not good for the NFL either.
the guy punched a girl. how soft is that ? i'd lke to meet that punk in an alley. typical jets fan.
Not really. Go over to Jets Insiders and you'll see a large portion of the fan base supporting the guy. They are an awful fan base.
Stay classy Jets Fans. Smh.
As stated above, a visit to either ANY Jets board or to the Meadowlands for a game will prove the validity of his statement. The Jets are classless from the owner on down. Thugs is a VERY apt term for them.
Every fan base has these type of chuckleheads...unfortunately.
This is the same fanbase that ran Fireman Ed off.
When they arent fighting amongst themselves, outsiders experience the wrath of their miserable existence. NJ and NYC are sheetholes.
Here's the you tube....
Jets Fan Punches Woman in the Face - YouTube
here's a still picture...
he's a real tough guy alright....
I'm not so sure about that. I've never seen a guy throw his fist into a woman's face at Gillette. Jets fans are well known for abusing women (re., the infamous Gate 4 gauntlet).
Abhorent, but I did have to giggle at this comment below the Youtube:
.Rob CHANCHOLO 2 minutes ago
You can clearly see she was pushed from behind, this should truly (result) in a 15 yard penalty and a re punch
That was Fitzyesque.
Holy @!%@...he wound up and fired that right directly to her face. From that video there was only the two female fans even close to his reach in front of him. Then he sat backed up and laughed after the male Pats fan clocked him in the side of the head.
There is nothing anyone can say to defend that. And if any Jets fan trys to defend them, it is an indication they would've probably done nothing to stop it, maybe even it do it.
Really? Read this thread and tell me which fan base is stupid and offensive.
ATTN: PATS FANS UPSET WITH THE "PUSHING INTO THE PILE" CALL
That kind of vile and low life posting would not be allowed here. That is a fact.
I saw that poor woman as I was exiting the stadium thru that section after some 20 odd minutes after the event. Blood was still streaming from her nose as she tried to stop it. She was attended to by the medical staff and there were not that many cops.
Honestly, I am actually surprised that these fightings are not more frequent considering the hatred that fans nowadays have for their rivals. I was in section 200 and the way the fans went bersek thumping the chair in front of them made me think that things can go out of control on any lame incident/insult, whether real or perceived. The taunting after the game at anyone wearing a Pats jersey (there were quite a few btw) reaffirmed my decision not to openly wear any Pats gear in the Jets stadium.
and btw, during the game, the Jets telecast on the giant screens on the field videos of Jets fans around the stadium to motivate the fans. Which is quite fine. But when many of those professional videos constantly show fans wearing T-shirts that say 'Tom Brady Sucks', you can't help but feel sad of the level to which this disdain has slipped to and how the organization seems to have no problem telecasting such characters.
Didn't even floor her, wow. Not trying to downplay the cowardice of hitting a female, but he should be ashamed for more reasons than one lol
It's a nasty culture down there bred from decades of futility. My last Pats-Green Scum game in New Giants Stadium was three years ago. For the entire game I was pelted from behind by some azzhole throwing peanuts. Security is very weak in that place. Wrecks' defiant bravado only adds fuel to the fire.
As we've all been told women are equally as strong as men therefore they are equally at fault.
Kidding, what the heck is wrong with people.
I'm hope not, but I bet most Jet fans don't support this type of behavior either (assuming they haven't devolved into a cesspool of humanity).
As for this guy (specifically), I'm sure the police will get his identity pretty quickly and he'll get his due. He needs some cooling off time in prison to get a better understanding of the where his life is at. I hope that woman is well ad decides to press charges.
Football is a part of my life (just ask my wife). But, nothing win/lose makes me lose my moral ground. I don't personally win when they win, but do feel a sense of satisfaction. but, it never (well rarely) extends to making other people/fans suffer for their choice (which team they support). This guy obviously feels otherwise.
What stood out to me is that fans of his own kind didn't deck him. If that were a male Pats fan doing that to a female Jets fan, I would be all over the guy. I guess that's par for the course in the scumbag region they call New Jersey, though.
That's one leap of faith I wouldn't be willing to take.
I hear you, but the puncher is going to go to jail - - it's there on video - - he has no chance. Anyone else throwing down would (even if it were justifiable) would be in some hot water. better to just get it all on video and call security. And if security isn't around, the video will make for a nice cash settlement threat to Woody Johnson.
I remember reading that Kraft has cameras all over Gillette to watch this kind of thing and get security over quickly. And there is a no-second chance policy at Gillette.
Gillette Stadium, no. Foxboro Stadium? Yes.
Separate names with a comma.
