I was driving to work today and Jay Sevrin was playing clips of Jeromiah
    Wright on WTKK.

Jeromiah Wright did a mock of JFK's famous speech.
ask not what your country can do for you—ask what you can do for your country.

He changed ask to Eeeeeesk and then after mocking the speech... he
asked..... how do you spell..... Eeeeeesk ?

How can anyone support Obama while he still supports this fool !

If anyone has a clip of this ,..... please post it.....

Wright is disgusting. On the "chickens come home to roost" thing about blaming us for 9/11, he claims he's quoting the U.S. ambassador to Iraq. Well . . . the ambassador never said that, what he said was that our enemies would say it. He didn't say it.

Wright is a disgusting pig and the fact that Obama stays silent speaks volumes.

Got a source for that? Wake me up when the CIA no longer says that Al Qaeda's biggest recruiting tool is American foreign policy.

I saw it on MSNBC. If you don't believe me, I don't care. I heard both quotes with my own ears.

Yeah I heard the clip of him mocking Kennedy's unique accent. Wright is a boob, it's like he's intentionally tanking Obama's campaign. It shouldn't, but they're inextricably linked now.

Wright also denied he was Obama's spiritual mentor... and that's just odd to me. I could've cared less about this whole thing, and it hasn't affected my opinion of Obama, but I think it's a stretch to say that the guy isn't Obama's spiritual mentor. Doesn't mean that Obama is a loony toon like Wright, but Obama has gone to this man's church for 20 years, he married Michelle and Barrack, etc. That's a pretty personal relationship.

It's mind boggling how so many screwed up liberals are sticking up for this piece of sh!t Wright, this racist anti white bastard is destroying their Messiah Prince Obama and they still defend the creepy back stabbing hater.

The reverend Wright is the Clintons dream come true, Hillary will be nominated then all the people in America that have been quietly watching this "Democrat Freak Show" and saying nothing will come streaming out of their homes in November and send the little old man Mccain into the White House, remember, Mccain has a lot of Liberal Democrat in him which means he will pick up the "disgusted democrat" vote.

    I may stay home.

I never thought I'd say this but Ron Paul looks better everyday, he has said things that have far more "common sense" and American values attached to them than any one of these other three clowns.

Also, I can't ever remember Paul "strutting" around, Grinning and Clapping his hands like a Circus Seal
    (that drives me nuts)

GOD SAVE THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
    Amen

You do know Ron Paul is Pro-life, not for Universal Healthcare and is against affimitive action?

I like Paul, the only thing we disagree on is Iraq and some national defense, oddly that is the only thing McCain and I agree on.

Ron Paul is a 180, from a handout guy like Obama.

Bush and McCain and everybody else on the right are handout guys, too. Only they're handing out taxpayer dollars to the defense industry and cutting tax breaks to corporations, effectively corporate welfare. I'd rather that the people's money go back to the people and help create social stability in the form of national healthcare and social security than to see that money go to war-mongering coproations that kill and maim needlessly (and Iraq is clearly needless).

Ron Paul believes that life protected by law begins at conception. I can respect that even though I don't care that much about the issue. I can agree to disagree with him on that. There are no candidates with whom I agree across the board.

Affirmative action and health care, I agree with Ron Paul on.

You and I both like the same guy for opposite reasons. That's wierd.

I wonder if that is why he gets no traction? It can't be why because there are no candidates that fill all the needs of everyone, IMO. Paul was railroaded by McCain and the Corporate Republicrat Party.

Thanks for the great opportunity to expose the racism and dishonesty of the right wing media:

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6uuQLeK95Jw

He was asking why when a white person's accent leads them to leave out letters or (by most standards) mispronounce words, it's not considered bad English, but when a black person does the same thing it is considered bad English. He wasn't mocking Kennedy (or Johnson) at all. He was talking about language. I'm glad you posted this, though.

You seem like a smart enough guy, go look at what defense costs us, compared to handouts.

In the budget, "defense" doesn't account for Iraq costs. Maybe because Iraq has nothing to do with defense.

Iraq and the total defense budget is rougly the same as Social Security.(600 Billion)

Other handouts total over 900 Billion.

Calling social security a handout is really very dishonest. Those are the people's taxpayer dollars who have already paid into the system.

I suggest you go a step or two further in your analysis and consider why this sort of label - clearly incorrect - persists, and who benefits from it, and why.
