I also heard Shockey is gonna sue Sapp................:rocker::rocker:
I see it as self serving with Payton implying that he too was unaware since he was in the offensive meetings too. Williams thrown under the bus, not that he doesn't deserve to be run over.
All that I took from that is that Sean Payton doesn't know the difference between your and you're.
Well I guess that proves it.
Because Twitter is impossible to fake. As are text messages. Impossible.
SIRIUS NFL Radio verified the statement by Payton
Self serving damage control
Why would Shockey post a fake text message? If he did, Payton would probably deny it in a heartbeat.
He's been in NO to long ..We can't get there right ether
Ive been in NO off and on for years, still can't understand the "Back Door" or what some people say,lol
Im just disturbed that our coach is typing ..huggs to players
so...you're saying that Sean Payton is, in reality, a Jet fan???
Still way too literate to be a Jets fan.
So was that confirmed to be a real conversation? I honestly can't tell either way from reading that lol If it's real Sapp has some major explaining to do, that was a bold accusation
No explanation needed by Sapp or NFLN.
Accountability is SO Twentieth Century.
the NFL investigators are mostly former FBI or have detective backgrounds. for the most part, they will find out anything. also it has been reported that emails between players and the big ticket email between Vilma and Payton prove that these guys really did little to cover their tracks. also the NFL specifically said there were multiple sources, including staffers, and its not like just one guy served up the organization to the NFL.
I wouldn't be surprised if it were Darren Sharper who did it,he actually plays innocent saying there was no involvement in a bounty in the locker room so who knows if this is just a coverup.
I could see Reggie Bush as well.....I don't think Bush left on the best of terms.
I'm really surprised that Sapp wasn't fired over this. The NFL can't like its own employees outing informants; even when they get it wrong, the intent is still there, and it definitely won't encourage anyone else to step up and report stuff in the future.
Am I the only one that wants to know what Sean Payton said in top text that ends with "hug"??
i don't remember this much "hate" from the media toward the snitch with cameraplacementgate.
Q rating.....Sapp was a hit on Dancing With The Stars amidst extremely positive reviews...that makes him an attractive asset to NFLN because the casual fan flipping through channels will look in just to see what he's saying or doing...what he said was "controversial" and as we all know, controversy doesn't need a conscience...it is effective standing on its own. He is color, his analysis is secondary.
I read the same thing this AM: No single whistleblower in Bountygate
I'm not familiar with Mike Freeman.
I found it interesting that the NFL gets to read the team's e-mail.
I guess that's somethings agree to in the franchise agreements?
Separate names with a comma.
