How ya looking now... Loser:rocker:
again Jax gave us a game, we made a few plays on D, but not many... Garrard was good...But Brady was the man, that is why we are playing next week...
I don't think the media really overestimated Jacksonville.
A few of them just underestimated the Pats.
Forget all that schmoozing.. He was running his mouth, and no one will hold him accountable.. :singing:
i dont think green being wrong is the only thing . he didnt even call the game plan correctly. he thought they will run all over us whereas jax tried to pass to win. even if jags wouldve won it wouldnt have been the way green thought they would.
Yep, Green predicted that the Jags would run all over us, that our run defense wasn't as good as our stats suggested, and that LoMo was a bust and we wouldn't be able to run the ball on them.
He couldn't have been anymore wrong. If the guy had actually watched any Patriot games of since '01, he wouldn't have made such a retarded prediction.
He got his name in lights though.
bomb his e-mail server with bouquets
Has the guy written any reaction yet?
I hear he writes a stock tip column also. He's been touting sub-prime mortgage lenders.
THAT would be interesting.
you know what green is going to say now . That the jags passed too much and didnt run the ball enough. i think most the anti-pats writers will suggest this tommorow. i predicted in the threads before that the jags will come out throwing and they did. full marks to them to try and do something different instead of running the ball against 8-9 man fronts something people like hoge and all never understand and consequently label the pats as a team which cant run.
And next week our linebackers will be another week older.
Jeremy Green should be fired. What does he or his father know about winning in the playoffs?
Someone ...... answers?
Isn't he Dennis Green's kid? maybe he will say
"THEY WERE WHO WE THOUGHT THEY WERE!!!"
Are you an idiot? He shouldn't be fired-he should get a raise. His job isn't to accurately predict the outcome of games his job is to generate reader interest and guess what? There have been like half a dozen threads about his column so he's done just that.
I wish even 10% of the posters here would get it through their thick skulls.
We should bomb his mailbox with tons of Patriots teasers to make him ashamed of writing that worthless piece of trash he called a sports column earlier this week.
Another as-clown who eats crow
I didn't see the Jeremy Green article on the Chargers beating the Colts this week, regardless of the fact the Chargers have beaten the Colts the last two times they have met. Meanwhile, the AFC flavor the month goes down the tubes.
Yeah and that has any relation to this debate how? The Patriots are the big story in the league this season and Jeremy Green used that fact to get people to take notice of his article. That's a success for him. Do you guys just not get the difference between a columnist and a reporter?
Wow, this is crap.
That is the problem with ESPN, way too much sensationalism without the facts to back an argument. Jeremy Green is no different than the PFT article pertaining to the rumor that Randy Moss was to be cut just prior the start of the 2007 NFL season. Any idiot in the media can publish trash, so keep on reading Jeremy Green and I'll stick to the ColdHardFootballFacts.
So is your response.
