How is telling the truth disrecpect?

The Pats did indeed cheat, and were indeed fined and sanctioned.

Is it NOT A FACT that the Patriots and Bill Bellicheck were sanctioned for cheating in that game and penalized heavy for it.....$750,000 coins and a number one draft pick was to light in my opinion, but was more than any other team in NFL history.

    Unreal. I can't believe it.

No matter how many times a new thread points this out today, I just can't believe me eyes.

It will become even more preposterous in the next thread.

Telling the truth is decrepit when the so-called truthteller is an idiot.

No, it is not a fact that the Patriots were sanctioned for cheating. Link to a story that shows the Patriots were sanctioned for cheating. I dare you. The actual NFL statement went out of its way to say the Patriots did not cheat.

Do you know what a fact is.

Even if the Patriots did cheat, of what relevance would that fact be when listing the standings? That Jaguars website (and the New York Post) are just going out of their way to be *****y.

"Cheating" is a strong word to use when nothing was proven... As BB said it ably, it was a simple misinterpretation of the rules...

    See the following article...

look, we cheated. we got caught. nothing was proven?? lol, what does that mean? the NFL gave us an unprecedented fine. I don't think we would have gotten the biggest penalty in NFL history if it wasn't cheating or if "nothing was proven". as for "misinterpreting the rules", that's just a lame lawyer speak copout. most criminals who break the law have their lawyer plead their case, but that doesn't mean they aren't guilty. it just means they gave it their all in defending themselves after they got caught.

weeidiots and posters here who think we didn't do anything wrong make or we didn't really cheat just make Pats fans look like whiners, or huge unobjective homers.

What is with the personal attacks here. I am just stating some facts.

The Patriots cheated...broke the rules and were penalized. How can you guys try and spin this?

Pats fans sometimes really disgust me.:rocker:

to all other team trolls on here :

if we cheated, we're 16-0, what are you going to do about it? i suggest you lobby your team to get a camera-man as well!

we're 16-0 and we're bullies, we are the best team ever in the history of sports, politics, military, and you are meaningless little peons trying to play on our monkey bars.

Either comply with our winning demands or face total obliteration!

Hey Moga--how's the offseason treating ya? Great season by the Jets. Must have been fun to watch. Anyway, I hear Pete Kendall could be available in a trade. Do you think Mangenius would offer #6 overall for him?

The Patriots broke a rule and were fined for it.

"Cheating" implies that the rule they broke affected the outcome of the game.

Would you care to explain to how the Patriots "cheating" as you call it affected the outcome of the Jets game?

You of course do know that the video in question was never seen by any of the coaches, don't you?

That's what pisses people off and is why the Jags web page illustrates what idiots they are.

Everyone who takes even the briefest moment to review the facts understands that the video had no impact in the game - it was never in the possession of the Patriots.

So perhaps you can explain how the Patriots "cheated" and affected the outcome of the game since no one else can.
